Jessica (she/her) is an analytical, language-oriented systems thinker who enjoys translating research, data, and human insight into actionable strategies, narratives, and solutions. She is especially drawn to ambiguous problems that require deep research, synthesis, reframing, and connecting ideas across disciplines.
Across her work, she’s consistently been energized by getting to the root of problems, uncovering the underlying drivers shaping perception and decision-making, and understanding how complex ideas, systems, and experiences can be structured and communicated with greater clarity and intention in order to create more thoughtful and effective solutions. She enjoys moving from research and analysis through ideation and implementation, and is particularly motivated by work that combines strategic thinking, creativity, and systems-level problem solving.
